We specialize in interior and exterior renovation and restoration. In particular,
hardwood floors, natural stone and brick floors, kitchen cabinetry,
bath and tubs tiling, general remodeling.
For the exteriors, we construct heavy timber, adobe style structures with vigas, corbels and hand carved posts and beams.
To complement both the interiors and exteriors we supply a variety of metal work from brass inlay in countertops, period hardware, and leaded glass windows in cabinet doors to exterior wrought iron.
We offer drafting and design services for rough drafts or complete sets of blueprints needed for permit applications. Most of what we build we draft to some degree the plans to establish the design and approach to construction. Home owners and DYIers or individual contractors are our main customers here.
Our prices are reasonable and competitive and we are always willing to discuss the costs and benefits of a project. During an initial free consultation we can discuss all the relevant issues from design, existing structural condition, logistics, the property footprint, and costs. If its new solid wood flooring that needs to be installed or just existing wood floors that need refinishing or a shower that needs re-tiling we'll figure out the best way to organize around your schedule and your budget. With proper assurances we can usually finance any project!
